Keep A Journal

You should keep a journal and make entries daily.  Indicate how you are feeling and if it’s a good or bad day.  Also include information about activities, diet and exercise, your appetite and your overall physical condition.  This information is not only useful, but it can be therapeutic, too.  Bring your journal with you to both Navitas sessions and doctor appointments, and share the information.  Remember, this is a way to treat the total you, not just your condition.
