You, Your Physician, and Navitas

So how does it all come together?  If you haven’t been referred to us by your physician, talk to him or her about Navitas, or ask him or her to call us directly. We will work closely with your physician to create a comprehensive plan of action–that’s the way we work. 

Our therapists, who are all cancer specialists, will conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment to determine your abilities and needs.  Once the assessment is completed, a customized treatment plan with measurable results is created.  This plan of care is reviewed with you and anyone else you choose. Once this plan is agreed upon, you are ready to get started.  Your physician is able to review your progress via Internet, fax or mail, and you review your progress with each visit.
